Spintop Ventures announces that Moa Belaieff Kronborg joins the firm as Investment Manager, focusing on early-stage technology investments across the Nordics. She is based in Stockholm.
Moa joins from McKinsey & Company, where she spent five years working mainly with technology companies and investors. She worked across both buy- and sell-side processes, supporting companies before and after investments, giving her a broad view of the full investment process. Her work focused on value creation, particularly growth, pricing, and sales acceleration.
“A lot of value is created in the early decisions – where to focus, how to build, and how to execute. That’s what I’m excited to work on together with early-stage teams,” said Moa Belaieff Kronborg.
Moa has also worked in startup environments, including at Storytel and Worldfavor, the latter part of the Spintop Ventures portfolio. Alongside this, she has driven a range of sustainability initiatives at the Stockholm School of Economics, including collaborations with UN PRME and work with the school’s board to strengthen the sustainability agenda. She is also a former elite speed skater who competed internationally.

Moa holds a BSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
