Large and growing markets, the ability to win in them, defendable products, healthy margins, real traction, and teams that can execute. It sounds straightforward, but it rarely is. I’ve seen both how hard it is to get there and what it looks like when it works, from my experiences at Storytel and Worldfavor and companies I supported at McKinsey & Company. That’s the lens I bring into venture today. I focus on SaaS, climate tech, and media and entertainment tech. I’m always happy to connect with teams building ambitious companies.

I tend to gravitate towards environments that move fast and require a bit extra. Often that means taking on multiple things in parallel, driven by curiosity. Outside of work, that has taken the form of competing internationally in speed skating for several years, which still shapes how I work.

During my five years as a Management Consultant, I worked closely with both tech companies and investors. I supported companies before and after investments and worked on buy- and sell-side processes, giving me a broad view of the full investment process. A big part of my work focused on value creation: where to focus from day one, how to drive growth, and how to turn strategy into execution. Pricing was a key part of this. I worked on pricing across multiple companies, from diagnostic to implementation, and was part of building out the pricing practice in the Nordics.

People are at the core of building and scaling companies. I’ve worked on attracting top talent and led teams across both colleagues and the companies I’ve supported. It’s shaped how I work with teams: staying close, contributing actively, and helping turn plans into execution.

A lot of my work has also been close to startups. I’ve had operator roles in startups across media and environmental technology, working across business development and market analysis. As a consultant, I consistently gravitated towards smaller, fast-moving companies.

Sustainability has also been a consistent focus, including driving initiatives at the Stockholm School of Economics in collaboration with UN PRME and contributing to strengthening the school’s sustainability agenda. For me, building strong companies and driving sustainability are increasingly the same challenge.

Bringing these perspectives together – investing, value creation, people, and sustainability – is what led me to venture. Today, I’m very happy to be at Spintop Ventures, investing in and working closely with teams building ambitious technology companies, and contributing to long-term value creation.
