This expression is what made my close friends start calling me an incurable optimist. I like to think the name still fits, and I intend to keep it that way.  

I joined Spintop driven by a curiosity for growing companies in a scalable and efficient manner, with a focus on sound decision-making, governance, and incentives that yield long-term outcomes.

Starting my career at a startup and in strategy consulting during the early phase of the AI shift were formative years. As established ways of working were challenged, the ability to adapt quickly became increasingly important. For me, this period was about learning, testing, and adjusting to rapid change, experiences that ultimately led me to Spintop.

Much of what has shaped my way of thinking comes from taking significant responsibilities in young roles. Alongside my studies, I spent several years heavily involved in leading large student-driven projects. As Chairman and President of the SEK 4M annual turnover student guild, I worked closely with governance, partnerships, and sponsor relationships, shaping how I think about trust and long-term collaboration.

At Spintop, I enjoy working closely with founders and the investment team, digging into complex problems and continuously developing my understanding. Learning alongside founders with conviction and drive remains the most rewarding part of working in venture capital.

Education: M.Sc Industrial Engineering and Management, with a specialization in Financial Risk Management at Lund Institute of Technology

Languages: Swedish, English, Spanish. Enough French and German to go backpacking and entertain a discussion.
