"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

The rapid pace of innovation has always captivated me, from the way my parents had to rely on libraries for information to the ease with which I can access it with just a phone. I find myself constantly pondering what technology might be available for future children and the impact it will have on their generation.

My passion for innovation led me to pursue a master’s in financial mathematics at the Royal Institute of Technology. The study of technological transformations and innovation patterns further fueled my interest. My desire to build something long-lasting and impactful led me to delve into the startup scene and eventually to venture capital.

After graduating, I started my career as an Analyst at a venture capital fund, where I learned the ins and outs of the industry. However, it was my opportunity to assist a portfolio company in raising its Series A funding that truly solidified my passion for the industry. This initial 1-2 month commitment turned into a year-long journey, during which we successfully raised €10M and scaled the company. It was a challenging, yet incredibly rewarding experience that gave me a unique understanding of the fundraising process and the obstacles that startups face. Being able to be a part of something impactful and meaningful, and the chance to make a real difference, excited me to continue working in the ecosystem.

My passion for assisting startups and exceptional founders in achieving success is what drives me. I am excited to contribute my skills and experience to the industry, and I’m particularly interested in sectors such as FinTech, climate tech, e-commerce, and software solutions within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, platforms, and other innovative solutions that have the potential to disrupt the status quo.

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new interests and remaining curious and active. Whether it’s chess, poker, squash, cycling, or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I am always eager to take on new challenges. This mindset is something that I bring to my work as well, constantly seeking out new opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Let’s make some awesome things happen!
