We are pleased to having completed the exit from, our first ever investment, Trifecta Retail Ventures (TRV).
TRV was the holding company resulting from our initial investment in Finnish company DealDash. It has been a wild and somewhat unpredictable journey together with maverick teenage entrepreneur William Wolfram and his excellent management team Pasi Lohi and Pekka Lampinen. The deal was completed through a directed share buy-back and redemption. All-in-all, a highly satisfactory near fund-returner exit for our Spintop I micro-fund.
